Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms are the full terms and conditions for your paid membership with The Magic Garden Tribe. They explain how the subscription works, how payments and cancellation work, and how the Website, music, and membership content may be used.

These Subscription Terms apply when you create an account, start a free month, or purchase a membership on themagicgardentribe.com.

These Subscription Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Settings.

2. The membership

The Magic Garden Tribe offers one digital membership with online access to music and membership content.

The membership may include access to live-recorded ceremonial music, recordings from full moon concerts, guided musical journeys, live Q&A sessions, reflections, videos, downloads, and other digital content made available through the Website.

New members join on a recurring monthly subscription basis and may choose between the contribution levels shown at checkout.

Unless clearly stated otherwise on the Website or at checkout, all contribution levels give access to the same membership content.

The exact content included in the membership may change from time to time as the membership grows and develops.

Some existing members may remain on an older annual subscription arranged previously.

3. Prices, currency and contribution levels

The current monthly contribution levels are:

• €3 per month
• €11 per month
• €22 per month

The price and currency that apply to your subscription will always be shown at checkout before you complete your sign-up.

Where required, applicable VAT or taxes are included in the price shown at checkout unless clearly stated otherwise.

4. Free month

Where stated on the Website or at checkout, your first month is free.

When you start a free month and provide your payment details, you are starting a subscription.

No subscription payment is charged for the free month. There are no start-up fees unless a fee is clearly shown at checkout before you sign up.

After the free month ends, your subscription will automatically continue as a paid monthly subscription at the contribution level you selected, unless you cancel before the first paid renewal.

For example: if you choose the €11 contribution level, your first month is free. After the free month, you will be charged €11 per month until you cancel your subscription.

5. Start date and duration

Your subscription starts when you complete your sign-up at checkout and your account is created.

If your membership includes a free month, your subscription still starts when you complete your sign-up, but the first month is free.

The subscription is monthly and continues automatically until you cancel it.

There is no minimum subscription period after the free month. You may cancel at any time.

6. Recurring billing

By starting a subscription and accepting these Subscription Terms, you authorize recurring subscription payments for The Magic Garden Tribe.

After any free month has ended, your selected monthly amount will be charged automatically each month, unless you cancel before the renewal date.

The monthly renewal is charged on or around the same calendar date each month, based on the date your first paid membership period begins, unless your subscription is cancelled before the renewal date.

The recurring payment will be taken using the payment method you provide at checkout.

The amount charged will be the monthly contribution level you selected, in the currency shown at checkout.

If a payment cannot be completed, your membership access may pause until the payment issue is resolved.

7. Payment method and card details

Payments are handled by our payment providers.

AM Studio ApS does not store your full payment card details itself.

Your payment method details, including card details where applicable, may be securely stored or tokenized by our payment provider so that recurring subscription payments can be processed until you cancel your subscription or withdraw the relevant payment authorization.

By starting a subscription, you agree that your payment method may be used for recurring subscription payments connected to your The Magic Garden Tribe membership.

8. Subscription confirmation and payment records

After you sign up, we will send you a subscription confirmation by email.

If your first month is free, this first email is a confirmation of your subscription and membership access.

The subscription confirmation may include information such as the membership name, your selected contribution level, the free-month period where applicable, the recurring monthly price after the free month, the currency, and information about how to manage or cancel your subscription.

After a successful paid transaction, information about your payment will be available in your account area.

Please make sure the email address connected to your account is correct and kept up to date.

9. How to create a subscription

You create a subscription by selecting a contribution level on the Website, creating an account, entering your payment details, and completing checkout.

Before you complete checkout, the Website will show the selected contribution level, the currency, the free-month period where applicable, and the recurring billing interval.

At checkout, you must actively accept these Subscription Terms before completing your sign-up.

10. How to cancel your subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account area on the Website.

Cancellation stops future renewals.

If you cancel, you will keep access until the end of the current membership period that has already been paid for.

If you cancel during the free month, you will not be charged for the first paid month.

If you have trouble cancelling through your account area, please contact us at hello@themagicgardentribe.com before your next renewal date so we can help you.

11. Refunds

Where a free month is offered, no charge is made for that free month.

Except where required by law, paid monthly renewals are not automatically refundable once the relevant membership period has started.

Cancellation stops future payments. It does not automatically refund payments for a membership period that has already started.

Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

12. Digital access and immediate start of service

The Magic Garden Tribe is a digital membership.

Access to the membership content may begin immediately after sign-up.

By starting a membership and accessing the content, you request that we begin providing the digital service immediately.

If required at checkout, you may be asked to actively confirm that you want immediate access to the digital membership content and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal may be affected once digital access begins.

13. Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you are a consumer purchasing online from within Denmark or the EU, you may in many cases have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

For digital services and digital content, this right may be affected when you ask for access to begin immediately and acknowledge that access starts before the withdrawal period has expired.

Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

14. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, start a free month, or purchase a membership.

Please make sure the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date, and keep your login details private.

Your account and membership access are personal to you. Please do not share, sell, transfer, or allow others to use your login details or membership access.

We may restrict or close access if an account is misused, shared with others, used unlawfully, or used in a way that seriously breaches these Subscription Terms.

15. Personal use of the music and membership content

Your membership gives you personal access to The Magic Garden Tribe content for your own private, non-commercial use.

You may listen to the music and use the membership content for your own personal journeying, integration, reflection, meditation, daily alignment, and inner work.

You may not share your login details, allow others to use your account, resell or transfer your membership access, or make membership content available outside the membership.

You may not copy, record, download, reproduce, distribute, upload, broadcast, publicly perform, publicly stream, sell, license, use commercially, or otherwise exploit the music or membership content without our prior written permission, except where we clearly allow it on the Website.

You may not use the music or membership content as part of your own public events, ceremonies, therapy sessions, classes, videos, podcasts, social media content, advertisements, commercial offerings, or paid services without our prior written permission.

If specific downloads are made available inside the membership, those downloads are for your own private, non-commercial use only unless we clearly state otherwise.

16. Intellectual property

All content on the Website and inside the membership, including music, recordings, video, text, graphics, branding, downloads, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to AM Studio ApS unless otherwise stated.

Your membership gives you access to the content. It does not transfer ownership of any music, recordings, video, text, graphics, branding, downloads, or other materials to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, license, upload, share publicly, broadcast, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit the content without our prior written permission, except where this is clearly allowed on the Website.

17. Availability and changes

We do our best to keep the Website and membership available, but access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party services, or circumstances outside our control.

We may update, replace, remove, or reorganize membership content when needed, for example to improve the membership, protect rights, or keep the content up to date.

18. Important disclaimer: nature of the content

The membership provides music and content for personal inner work.

It is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, counselling, emergency support, or a replacement for qualified professional care.

People may experience the music and membership content in different ways. No specific healing or result is promised or guaranteed.

19. Third-party services and links

The Website and membership may use or link to third-party services, such as payment providers, video platforms, email services, analytics tools, or embedded content.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, and technical conditions. We are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, or services.

20. Privacy and cookies

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

21. Responsibility and limitations

We provide the Website and membership with care, but we cannot guarantee that the Website, membership content, or digital access will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every individual purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AM Studio ApS is not responsible for indirect losses or consequences arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website or membership.

Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

If you are a consumer resident in Denmark or the EU, you may also have access to consumer complaint options under applicable law.

23. Governing law

These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence provide you with additional rights.

24. Changes to these Subscription Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time to reflect legal, technical, operational, content-related, or payment-related changes.

The latest version will always be published on this page with the updated date shown at the top.

If we make significant changes that affect an active membership, we will take reasonable steps to inform you.

25. Model withdrawal form

You may use the text below if you wish to withdraw from a purchase where a statutory right of withdrawal applies. Use of this form is optional.
