Welcome to The Magic Garden Tribe. These Terms and Conditions explain how themagicgardentribe.com, the membership, and the digital content may be used.
We have written these Terms to be as clear and human as possible, while still protecting the music, the membership space, and the people who use it.
By accessing the Website, creating an account, starting a free month, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, start a free month, or purchase a membership.
Please make sure the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date, and keep your login details private.
Your account and membership access are personal to you. Please do not share, sell, transfer, or allow others to use your login details or membership access.
We may restrict or close access if an account is misused, shared with others, used unlawfully, or used in a way that seriously breaches these Terms.
3. The membership
The Magic Garden Tribe offers one digital membership with online access to music and membership content.
New members join on a recurring monthly subscription basis and may choose between the contribution levels shown at checkout. Unless clearly stated on the Website, all contribution levels give access to the same membership content.
The first month is free where this is stated on the Website or at checkout.
Some existing members may remain on an older annual subscription arranged previously.
The membership may include access to live-recorded music, recordings from full moon concerts, guided musical journeys, live Q&A sessions, reflections, videos, downloads, and other digital content made available through the Website.
The exact content included in the membership may change from time to time as the membership grows and develops.
4. Free month and recurring billing
For new monthly memberships, the first month is free where this is stated on the Website or at checkout.
When you start a free month and provide payment details, you are starting a subscription. After the free month, your membership will continue as a recurring monthly subscription at the contribution level you selected, unless you cancel before renewal.
The renewal price, billing interval, and free-month period will be shown at checkout before you complete your sign-up.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account area.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise required by law, payments already made for a membership period that has started are not automatically refunded.
If you cancel, you will keep access until the end of the membership period already paid for.

6. Prices and payment
The applicable price for your selected contribution level is the price shown at checkout at the time you sign up.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Where required, applicable VAT or taxes are included in the price shown at checkout unless clearly stated otherwise.
Payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not store full payment card details ourselves.
If a payment cannot be completed, membership access may pause until the payment is resolved.
If there is an obvious error in pricing, description, or availability, we may correct it before accepting a sign-up. If this affects your order, we will let you know.
7. Digital access and start of service
The membership gives you access to digital content and digital services. Access may begin immediately after sign-up.
By starting a membership and accessing the content, you request that we begin providing the digital service immediately.
If required by law, you may be asked at checkout to confirm that you want immediate access and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal may be affected once digital access begins.
8. Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer purchasing online from within Denmark or the EU, you may in many cases have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
For digital services and digital content, this right may be affected when you ask for access to begin immediately.
When you start a free month or membership and receive immediate access to the membership content, you acknowledge that digital access begins immediately.
If you wish to exercise a right of withdrawal, please contact us at hello@themagicgardentribe.com with your name, email address, and order or membership details.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
9. Refunds
Where a free month is offered, no charge is made for that free month.
Except where required by law, paid membership renewals are non-refundable once the relevant membership period has started.
10. Respectful and personal use
Please use the Website and membership lawfully, respectfully, and only for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You must not share your login details, allow others to use your account, resell or transfer your membership access, or make membership content available outside the membership.
You may not copy, record, download, reproduce, distribute, upload, broadcast, publicly perform, or commercially exploit the membership content, except where we clearly allow it.
You must not interfere with the security or normal operation of the Website, or use the Website or membership in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of others.
11. Intellectual property
All content on the Website and inside the membership, including music, recordings, video, text, graphics, branding, downloads, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to AM Studio ApS unless otherwise stated.
Your membership gives you personal access to the content for your own private, non-commercial use.
Your membership gives you access to the content. It does not transfer ownership of any music, recordings, video, text, graphics, branding, downloads, or other materials to you.
You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, license, upload, share publicly, broadcast, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit the content without our prior written permission, except where this is clearly allowed on the Website.
12. Availability and changes
We do our best to keep the Website and membership available, but access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party services, or circumstances outside our control.
We may update, replace, remove, or reorganize membership content when needed, for example to improve the membership, protect rights, or keep the content up to date.
13. Nature of the content
The Website and membership content are provided for informational, educational, artistic, reflective, and experiential purposes only, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or replace medical advice, mental health care, emergency assistance, psychotherapy, counselling, or other regulated professional support.
14. Personal experience
People may experience music, reflection, and inner work in different ways.
We do not promise or guarantee any specific result, outcome, experience, or personal change from using the Website or membership.
15. Third-party services and links
The Website and membership may use or link to third-party services, such as payment providers, video platforms, email services, analytics tools, or embedded content.
Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, and technical conditions. We are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, or services.
16. Responsibility and limitations
We provide the Website and membership with care, but we cannot guarantee that the Website, membership content, or digital access will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every individual purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AM Studio ApS is not responsible for indirect losses or consequences arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website or membership.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

If you are a consumer resident in Denmark or the EU, you may also have access to consumer complaint options under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence provide you with additional rights.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, technical, operational, or payment-related changes. The latest version will always be published on this page with the updated date shown at the top.
If we make significant changes that affect an active membership, we will take reasonable steps to inform you.
21. Model withdrawal form
You may use the text below if you wish to withdraw from a purchase where a statutory right of withdrawal applies. Use of this form is optional.
